The Gold Standard of American Slide Footwear
Working over the last few months with Marcell Mrsan of Hardworking Phil, we created what we believe to be the benchmark of Made in USA slide footwear. The bill of materials, build techniques, and thoughtfulness will make these a fixture in any wardrobe for years to come.

Why Tempesti Leather Matters
The Tempesti vegetable tan hide is luxury tier leather designed to age gracefully, shaping to your foot for a custom fit. As it breaks in and develops its unique patina, your slippers tell your story. Browns from dirt and oils. Oranges and golds from UV exposure. These slides get richer with every wear.
Built to Go Places
The goal behind this slide was simple: a house shoe that can actually go places, wears in rather than out, and gets resoled time and time again. Nothing beats a shoe you can slip on in a hurry (no hands required) with soles that can walk for miles.
Made in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania
All slides are handcrafted at Hardworking Phil's factory in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania by a team of trained craftspeople. Owner Marcell Mrsan holds a Master Shoemaker certificate from the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and represents the sixth generation of leatherworkers in his family. He's become a consulting resource for numerous Pacific Northwest footwear brands, and his instructional textbooks on handmade shoemaking are used by makers worldwide.
