This is such an interesting find -- the Yearbook of Agriculture 1959.  This book is a time capsule of every day life in 1959 as it surrounds food.  How crops were obtained, treated, and used, then how they were turned into food.  Plus there is a glossary of excellent period recipes and some info cards on molasses.

This book is in good used condition, excellent for its age.  There is foxing on the cover, some of it has been treated and cleaned.  Keep this book out of the sun to ensure it keeps its bold and colorful cover.
