Frequently Asked Questions & Other Info

Denim warranty: Any jeans purchased at Hudson's Hill carry a repair warranty for the lifespan of the jeans. This means if you rip the knee, blow out the crotch, a button falls off, etc., you can return them to us and we'll repair them as needed. Keep in mind, there are circumstances where we can't repair them. If your jeans are too far gone or the repairs are too extensive to make, we can give them a proper sendoff for you. If you need a repair but aren't sure if they can be repaired, contact us with some pictures and info.

 

Hemming: We offer complimentary chainstitch hemming services on any jeans sold by us here at HH. If you would like to have a pair of jeans hemmed that you didn't purchase from us, please contact us and about it prior to sending/bringing us your jeans.

 

Shipping: All standard orders are processed ASAP during standard business hours (within 1 to 3 business days - excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Items with expedited shipping will receive special attention. (See full shipping info here).

*NOTE: WE DO NOT SHIP TO FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICES. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have questions about this policy.

**NOTE: All orders flagged by our system as "high-risk" will be immediately cancelled and refunded, and  Customers will receive an email from a member of our team to facilitate a transaction.  This avoids headaches for us and you.

 

In-store pickup: If you live locally or will be coming to the store, feel free to order online and we'll have your order ready for you when you arrive.

 

Returns: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customized items (custom hemmed jeans, personalized leather goods, etc.) are not eledgible for return unless there was an error on our end. Please reach out prior to purchasing if you have any questions about fit or finish so that we can help minimize returns. Fewer returns means better prices, less waste, and less environmental impact in the long run. (see full returns & refunds info here)
